The Service allows you to create custom questions and game content ("User Content"). Your User Content is stored locally in your browser and is not transmitted to our servers. You retain full ownership of your User Content. We have no access to, and take no responsibility for, the content of questions or answers you create.

You agree that any User Content you create will not contain content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate for educational use.

You agree not to use ad-blocking software, browser extensions, or any other means to prevent the display of advertisements on the Site. Ad revenue is what allows us to offer the Service free of charge.

Teachers are responsible for verifying the accuracy and appropriateness of all questions — whether from our default content or custom-created — before use in an educational setting.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRIVIAGRID AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
