We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Description of Service

TriviaGrid provides a free, browser-based trivia review game designed for educational use. The Service includes:

• A Classroom Game mode supporting up to 8 teams with teacher-controlled scoring
• A Daily Challenge single-player mode with new questions each day
• Tools to create and save custom questions in the browser
• Documentation and educational resources related to using the Service

The Service is provided free of charge and is supported by advertising revenue.

3. Permitted Use

You may use TriviaGrid for lawful, educational, and non-commercial personal or classroom purposes. Specifically, you may:

• Use the game in classroom settings, homeschool environments, tutoring sessions, or other educational contexts
• Create and save custom questions for personal or classroom use
• Share your Daily Challenge results on social media or with friends
• Link to TriviaGrid from educational websites, blogs, or resources

4. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service in any way that:

• Violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
• Is harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, or obscene
• Attempts to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its servers or networks
• Interferes with or disrupts the integrity or performance of the Site
• Scrapes, crawls, or otherwise collects data from the Site without our express written permission
• Resells or commercially exploits the Service without our prior written consent
• Removes or circumvents any advertising content on the Site
• Uses automated tools to generate fraudulent ad clicks or impressions

5. Intellectual Property

The design, code, graphics, content, and branding of TriviaGrid are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any part of the Site without our express written permission.

Custom questions that you create and enter into the Service remain your intellectual property. By entering content into the Service, you represent that you have the right to use that content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

6. User-Generated Content

The Service allows you to create custom questions and game content ("User Content"). Your User Content is stored locally in your browser and is not transmitted to our servers. You retain full ownership of your User Content. We have no access to, and take no responsibility for, the content of questions or answers you create.

You agree that any User Content you create will not contain content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate for educational use.

7. Advertising

The Site displays advertisements from third-party networks. By using the Site, you agree to the display of these advertisements. You agree not to use ad-blocking software, browser extensions, or any other means to prevent the display of advertisements on the Site. Ad revenue is what allows us to offer the Service free of charge.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY CONTENT ON THE SITE, INCLUDING QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS IN THE DEFAULT GAME DATA.

Teachers are responsible for verifying the accuracy and appropriateness of all questions — whether from our default content or custom-created — before use in an educational setting.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRIVIAGRID AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Indiana.
